Refund policy

All sales on spiritual services, ritual work, and digital consultations are final. Due to the nature of these services, no refunds will be issued once work has begun or a session has been completed.

For physical products (candles, spiritual baths, oils, and altar items), we do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at oloddisboutique@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item to begin the exchange process.
